Comparing prices/Changing services.
The Soni Advisory offers a price comparison and switching service to businesses in the UK, with specific eligibility requirements in place for access to this service.
- The business must be based in the UK.
- The sole trader must be over 18 years of age.
- The business must meet the required credit score eligibility or criteria, if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse services to any customer at our discretion. If the customer agrees to use our services, Soni Advisory will make reasonable efforts to find, negotiate, and secure competitive energy prices. Energy prices are sourced from a panel of energy suppliers using the supplier-provided pricing guides.
The quotation provided by a supplier through Soni Advisory does not constitute an offer to the customer and will be accompanied by the individual terms and conditions of the supplier. If the customer accepts a quotation and a contract is established between the customer and the supplier, the contract becomes binding, and the customer cannot revoke their acceptance.
Soni Advisory does not guarantee the quality of services provided by suppliers or the prices listed in the quotations.
Because energy prices are constantly fluctuating, we cannot guarantee that any quote will be the lowest.
Charges
Soni Advisory receives a commission for arranging and finalizing contracts between customers and energy suppliers.
Fees for Duplicate Contracts
If the customer enters into a contract with a supplier while using Soni Advisory services, the contract will be legally binding for both parties. However, if a new contract is initiated with a different supplier through Soni Advisory and the contract does not go through, no fees will be charged. In this case, Soni Advisory will bear the loss.
Tenancy Change Notifications and Associated Fees
In the event that a customer enters into a contract through Soni Advisory but decides to change premises during the term of the contract, the contract will be considered null and void. This will be classified as a Change of Tenancy (COT).
If the customer fails to notify Soni Advisory, a penalty fee or loss may be incurred, which will be the responsibility of the supplier. If the customer has completed more than 50% of the contract term, a fee of £250 will be charged. If less than 50% of the contract term has been completed, the fee will be £500. However, in exceptional circumstances, Soni Advisory may waive these fees, though such a waiver is not guaranteed in every case.
